Jason Hatch

Lead Pastor

Jason is the lead pastor at Redeemer Midland. He started following Christ as a six-year-old boy. He was born and raised on a farm west of Amarillo, Texas. He was a pre-med major at Amarillo College when God, incredibly clearly, called him to life as a pastor. Jason immediately transferred to Dallas Baptist University to study the Bible and meet his incredible wife, Hannah. They have three beautiful, fun, creative, and very energetic kids: Judah, Paisley, and Hudson. Jason has served as a youth pastor at an inner-city church, the director of Baptist Student Ministries at DBU, and the College & Men’s Pastor at First Baptist Irving. Jason graduated from DBU in 2004 with a BA in Biblical studies, 2006 with an MA in higher education, and 2007 with an MBA in Business Management.

Chase Bost

Groups Pastor


Chase Bost serves as Redeemer’s Groups Pastor. Growing up in Central Texas, Chase was saved at an early age and enjoyed serving his local church. He attended college in DFW, where he married his amazing wife Jessie, and attended First Baptist Irving. While in Irving he had the chance to serve alongside Jason Hatch. After a few years in Fort Worth, God led Chase and his family to join a church planting team in South East Asia where they lived for 3 years. In 2018, Chase and Jessie returned to Texas and reunited with Jason in Midland to be part of the Redeemer family. Chase loves that his job allows him to interact and care for so many people at Redeemer. Chase, Jessie, and their energetic children Gabe, Kiah, Anna, and newborn Eiley look forward to many years of serving Redeemer and the city of Midland.

Jonathan Galvan

Pastor of Corporate Worship


Jonathan Galvan serves as the Pastor of Corporate Worship at Redeemer. He was born and raised in Garland, TX. In 2009, Jonathan completed a business degree from Dallas Baptist University. Soon after his graduation he began serving on staff at First Baptist Irving as a worship and college pastor. He served at First Baptist Irving for 10 years. Jonathan married his beautiful wife Skyler in 2015. Skyler and Jonathan have been blessed with three children (Lydia, Samuel and Ruthie). The Galvan family moved to Wake Forest, North Carolina in January of 2020. Jonathan served full time at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary while he completed his Master of Divinity degree.

Sarah Bradford

Women’s Ministry Coordinator


Sarah Bradford serves as the Women’s Ministry Coordinator at Redeemer. She attended college at Dallas Baptist University, where she graduated with a BA in Psychology. The Lord led Sarah to move to Midland to be part of the launch team of Redeemer in 2015, and she would later join the staff full time in 2018. Sarah and her husband Jacob have a funny, adventurous 6 year old, Oliver.

Katie Hathaway

Communications Director


Katie Hathaway serves as the Communications Director for Redeemer. Katie was saved at an early age and loved being involved with her local church in Franklin, TN. She moved to Jackson, TN to attend Union University and earned a BA in Sport Management. From there, she moved to Wake Forest, NC to attend Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary for an MA in Christian Education. Katie is passionate about equipping the church for the work of ministry with helpful and relevant resources.

Megan Yancey

Executive Assistant


Megan graduated with a degree in Communications from Angelo State University in 2006. She is originally from Central Texas, but moved to Midland from Fort Worth in 2013 with her husband, Grant. As transplants, they struggled to find a church home until they met Jason and Cameron and committed to being part of the Redeemer Midland launch team in 2015. The Lord graciously opened a door of opportunity for Megan to join the staff at Redeemer where she can serve the church full-time. Grant and Megan have two children, Max and Maisy.

Emily Seider

Production Director


Emily Seider serves as our Production Director at Redeemer Midland. Hailing from the vibrant city of Midland, Texas, she has a deep-rooted connection to her hometown. She has a layered background in education, technology, and production, most recently working as the Technology Integrationist for Midland Christian School. She married her high school sweetheart, Travis, in 2014. They now have a 5 year old daughter, Everly, and 2 year old son, Miller. Emily’s faith has always been a central part of her life, having been saved at a young age. However, her time at Redeemer has been transformative, greatly enriching and deepening her love for God and His Word. She has immense trust and excitement for what Redeemer Midland is doing within our community and considers it an incredible privilege to be part of this mission to spread the Gospel in the very place she was born and raised!

Elizabeth Spinks

RedeemerKids Director


Elizabeth grew up in Austin, TX. She attended the University of Arkansas and graduated in 2012 with a degree in Childhood Education. Elizabeth enjoyed teaching 2nd and 3rd graders in Kansas City before returning to Austin to work for a women’s ministry, IF:Gathering. Most recently, Elizabeth was the dance director for a private Christian school where she taught middle and high school dance. After marrying her wonderful husband Ben in August 2021, Elizabeth moved to Midland. They both love the Redeemer community and are so grateful for this church family. Elizabeth is overjoyed to be working with littles again and is expectant for what God will continue to do in and through the hearts of RedeemerKids students, families and volunteers!

Kasey Davidson

RedeemerKids Director


Kasey and her husband Eric grew up in Boerne, TX. She graduated from The University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Learning and Development. They moved to Midland from West Virginia in 2017. Kasey and Eric have two children, Pierce and Camille, that are a year apart in age! She has taught everything from Preschool to High School Life Skills and likes to make learning fun! In her free time she loves to paint, go on walks with her family, and play trivia. Her greatest hope is that children learn about Jesus forming an everlasting relationship with him.

Alissa Norville

RedeemerKids Director


Alissa’s upbringing spans across the cities of Chicago, Boerne, and San Antonio. She graduated in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Childhood Education from UTSA. During college, she crossed paths with her wonderful husband, Austin, and they were married in June 2016. Alissa and Austin moved to Midland, Texas in the Summer of 2017 and have attended Redeemer ever since. Alissa enjoyed teaching reading intervention, first grade, and most recently serving as a BSF children’s leader. Austin and Alissa have welcomed three precious children into their lives Audrey Rose, Mark Austin, and Clara Joy. Alissa is passionate about guiding children to come to know the Lord and building a faith that lasts a lifetime here at ReedemerKids!

Emily Massie

RedeemerKids Associate Director


Emily grew up south of Houston, in a small town called Santa Fe. After graduating college, she worked in a refinery, then moved into pipelines. She married her awesome husband, Jeff, and has two boys, Trenton and Traiger. Before the Lord led her and her family to Redeemer, she was struggling with the recent diagnosis of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in both of her boys. Emily is incredibly grateful and blessed how Redeemer and its members have shown them so much love and support. She prays that God will use her to serve Redeemer Kids’ teachers, so in turn, they can focus on the littles by helping them build a foundation on His Word while they are still young. Thus, his/ her foundation will be solidified when they are older and a stormy season is on the horizon.

Brock Drumm

Ministry Resident


Brock grew up in Piedmont, OK. He graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Psychology. He is finishing a Masters Degree in Pastoral Ministry and Preaching at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Brock has served in multiple staff positions at churches over the last 10 years in Kansas, Texas, and North Carolina. He has been married to his wonderful wife Lauren since 2016. Brock and Lauren have two amazing children together, Micaiah and Abigail. Brock and his family are very excited to get to serve with Redeemer and join in on the wonderful community that has been built here as Redeemer seeks to love and serve the city of Midland.
